FULFILMENT PROCESSES
Discover how Mission Logix transforms ecommerce fulfilment into a precise, transparent, and traceable process.
Our Pick and Pack Process
At Mission Logix, accuracy drives every order we ship. Our pick and pack process uses barcode scanning, double-stage checks, and real-time Mintsoft WMS tracking. These steps help us maintain our proven 99.92 % accuracy rate across every client and order.
We scan and verify each item before dispatch, which reduces errors and boosts customer satisfaction. In addition, our warehouse layout, smart bin locations, and focused staff training keep efficiency high without sacrificing precision. Because we monitor and refine this process continuously, turnaround times stay short and fulfilment performance remains among the best in the industry.

1. Picking the Order
We aoperate a paperless picking system, both for sustainability and accuracy. Pick batches are assigned to each picker through Mintsoft, and they appear on a handheld scanner that even displays an image of every product being picked. This visual check, together with barcode scanning, ensures that pickers can instantly recognise each item before they touch it.
Before picking starts, the picker must scan the storage location to confirm they are in the correct place. If the wrong location is scanned, Mintsoft stops the process immediately. Next, they scan the product barcode, which verifies that the correct item has been selected for that order.
Only when both scans are correct can the product be placed into a tote, a clearly labelled container assigned to that specific order. This double-scan process drastically reduces errors and ensures that what is picked is exactly what the customer ordered.
2. Moving to the Packing Area
Once picking is complete, the totes travel to the packing area. Each tote clearly displays a barcode that links it to one specific order, but the totes are not sealed. This allows our packers to complete a final verification and quality check before packing.
At Mission Logix, we operate a strict “one order on the packing bench at any time” policy. This rule removes the risk of any mix-ups between orders. Every packer handles one tote, from start to finish, before moving on to the next.
When a tote reaches the bench, the packer scans the tote barcode. Mintsoft instantly recognises the tote and opens the exact order on screen. The packer must then scan each product again, confirming that what is inside the tote matches the order details. If any scan fails, Mintsoft stops the process until the issue is corrected.
This system, one tote, one bench, one order, keeps your products secure, your customers’ deliveries correct, and your accuracy consistently at 99.92 %.
3. Packaging and Reworks
After all items are verified, the packer moves to the next stage, packaging. Every packaging material, boxes, tissue, sleeves, and filler, carries its own barcode. The packer scans each packaging component used for that order.
This extra step is vital because Mintsoft automatically downdates packaging inventory, giving both Mission Logix and our clients live visibility of packaging stock levels. Because of this, our clients can forecast packaging requirements and maintain brand consistency without over-ordering.
Before sealing, the packer confirms the number of parcels, along with weights and dimensions. This ensures that every shipment is charged accurately and fairly. Only when all details are confirmed will Mintsoft automatically create the correct shipping labels for that order.
4. Shipping and Goods Out
Every order carries full data inside Mintsoft, including product SKUs, HS commodity codes, country of manufacture, weights, dimensions, and declared values. This information allows Mintsoft to calculate duties and taxes for international shipments automatically, ensuring compliance with customs requirements.
Packed orders are then placed into carrier-specific containers, such as Royal Mail 48 Tracked, DHL Express, or DPD. These are transferred to the Goods Out area, where couriers scan and verify each collection against the Mintsoft manifest. Because of this real-time scanning, both Mission Logix and the carrier have identical data for every parcel before it leaves the building.
5. Verification and Traceability
Every packing bench at Mission Logix is monitored by CCTV. Every scan, action, and label creation is time-stamped in Mintsoft, linking the physical process to a digital record.
If a client ever raises a query or a customer claims that an item is missing, our team can instantly review Mintsoft’s audit trail and the CCTV footage. In most cases, this combination of video and data evidence provides complete clarity and has helped many clients disprove fraudulent claims, such as customers falsely stating they only received part of an order.
Why This Process Matters
Every step, every scan, and every confirmation exists to protect your business. By enforcing double-scan verification, separation between picking and packing, barcode tracking for packaging, and automated shipping label creation, we remove human error and maintain complete accuracy.
Our process ensures that your orders are correct, your customers are happy, and your fulfilment costs remain transparent. This is how Mission Logix delivers reliability and consistency, order after order, day after day.
